Wendy Testaburger is a central character in the animated television series South Park. She attends South Park Elementary as a fourth-grade student, consistently portrayed as intelligent, articulate, and possessing a strong moral compass.

Wendy is known for her outspokenness on social and political issues, often using the school news or class presentations as platforms for her activism. Her advocacy frequently puts her at odds with other characters, particularly Eric Cartman, with whom she has a long-standing adversarial relationship marked by intellectual and ideological clashes.
